These telemedicine services enable us to expand our in-office visits to new and existing patients while ensuring your safety and healthcare needs are addressed. However, Insurance Companies have recently changed the regulations for these visits. Televisits can now only be done in limited circumstances; our staff can tell you if your visit qualifies. See below for a list of our most Frequently Asked Questions. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 610-415-1100. *Please note, we are only able to provide telemedicine visits for Pennsylvania residents, at this time. Individuals with an HMO insurance MUST have a referral from their Primary Care Provider. Thank you!

Telehealth Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I schedule a visit?

  • Call any of our (3) locations with your health concerns and we’ll discuss the right visit for you (in-office or telehealth). 

 What types of Telehealth visits are available?

  • Insurances dictate that all televists must be conducted by online video chat. This is a safe and private visit with your healthcare provider. Our local Board-Certified Physicians and Surgeons will discuss your health concerns and provide expert diagnosis, treatment plans and prescriptions when needed.

Do I need special equipment?

  • You must have a cell phone or a laptop, tablet, or desktop with audio and visual capabilities for us to be able to perform an online doctor visit.

How quickly can I be seen?

  • For your convenience, we offer Same Day Telehealth visits. 

Can I still make an appointment to be seen at the office?

  • Yes! In fact we are seeing most patients in person at our offices. We are following all CDC guidelines and social-distancing measures are being tightly followed in the waiting room and throughout the offices.

Will I be charged for the visit?

  • Yes, telemedicine is a billable service. We accept most insurances, however, you may be subject to copays, deductibles, and coinsurance just like a typical office visit.

I’m a new patient, how will I be charged?

  • New patients who request an appointment after hours are charged a $40 flat fee. We will utilize insurance for new patients who are seen during normal business hours.
