As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I treat individuals ages 18months throughout adulthood. I truly enjoy getting to know my patients, understanding them, and developing a care plan with them. Together we discuss their lifestyle, my diagnosis, and the treatment options available, to create a personalized care plan that helps them to better manage symptoms, and to ensure positive patient outcomes.”
